SRX3052815: RNA-Seq of Solanum pennellii SAM + P1 + P2 leaves

Design: cDNA was amplified from total RNA using Clontech SMARTer kit (634926, TaKaRa Bio USA); cDNA was fragmented using Fragmentase (M0348, NEB) and porcessed for the addition of Illumina TruSeq universal adapters; Libraries were amplified using Phusion HiFi Polymerase mix (M0531, NEB) and pooled to a final library concetration of 20 nM (pools of 8 indexed samples/library).
